Refund & Return Policy

The Creators Art Collective

Every item we sell is made to order. Your product is printed and produced specifically for you at the time you place your order — nothing is pre-stocked or warehoused. Because of this, please review the details below before purchasing.

All Sales Are Final

Once an order is placed, it is sent into production and cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind. This includes ordering the wrong size, color, or product. Please review your order carefully — including sizing charts — before checking out.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We stand behind the quality of our products. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, we will make it right. Contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@creatorsartco.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the item and the issue
  • A description of the problem

Approved claims will receive a free replacement or a full refund — your choice. We do not require you to return the defective item. Excessive returns will require the product to be sent back to us at the customer's expense prior to issuing another return authorization.

Lost or Stuck Shipments

If your tracking shows no movement or your order does not arrive within a reasonable window, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Sizing

Apparel and sized goods are produced to the size you select at checkout. A size chart is available on each product page. We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for items that fit differently than expected, so please measure and compare before ordering.
